MY STORY

Robert LeBlanc is a born and raised Calgarian who has always enjoyed working, investing, and spending free time within the Calgary area. After purchasing his first home at 21 years old, and managing several tenants within the first few years of owning it, Robert quickly developed a passion for real estate.


Initially starting with Short Term Rental (STR) management, he quickly scaled to managing a portfolio of 25+ properties across Canada and the U.S. on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo. While maintaining his STR business, Robert studied to get his property management and residential real estate license.


With his considerable background in managing a large portfolio of STR properties, including several of his own personal rental properties, Robert has developed extensive experience in the buying and selling processes of real estate, as well as the management of rental properties.

MY TESTIMONY

Robert grew up in the northeast part of Calgary, in the community of Taradale, and graduated from Lester B. Pearson High School with a bilingual diploma in 2008. Immediately after graduation, he pursued a welding apprenticeship at SAIT, completing it in 2011. Shortly after obtaining his Journeyman Certificate in welding, Robert further advanced his skills and life experience by earning his B Pressure welding ticket, and purchasing his first home.


For several years, Robert ran a successful welding company while also managing his own properties. However, his life took a dramatic turn when he suffered a life-changing injury to both of his forearms, which led to a long and challenging recovery. During this difficult period, Robert struggled with severe depression and alcohol addiction. It was at his lowest point, feeling lost and without direction, that he turned to his faith, reading his Bible daily and developing a deeper relationship with God. Over time, the depression and addiction began to fade as he found strength and healing through his newfound faith.


This transformative experience led Robert to reassess his path in life. It was during this time of personal growth that he decided to fully commit to a career in real estate. Today, Robert is a successful real estate agent and property manager, known for his dedication to building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with his clients.


In addition to his real estate work, Robert is the proud owner of RSL Empire Inc., a company focused on marketing and management. RSL Empire helps business owners scale and manage their businesses while assisting landlords with property marketing and management.


Outside of his professional endeavors, Robert is an active member of First Assembly Church on Elbow Drive. He leads a men's group called the Kingdom Disciples Group, which helps men of all ages overcome struggles and addictions through the development of a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
